We have loved our experience with Encompass Pools. They were always very easy to reach and responded to messages quickly. They were able to get us on their install calendar quickly, within a week of ordering our pool. The day of installation went smoothly and was done professionally. Everyone we have talked to with Encompass has been very helpful. We are first time pool owners, so we appreciated all the advice the owner, Neal, gave us! Couldn’t be more happy that we went with a local company. We are, I would say, very particular people and it’s scary not knowing who is going to rip up your entire backyard to put in a swimming pool and we could not be happier. They were professional, very price competitive, and the installation team was awesome and did exactly as we hoped for and even went above and beyond.
