We love all of the 1st day/back to school photos filling our feed! 📣We are so excited to have a “first day” photo of our own to share as we welcome the newest addition to our team — Dustin!

When we asked Dustin Kernan what he enjoys doing outside of work, his answer was simple: spending time with his family.

I’m hoping for an Encompass Pools and Hardscapes pool day today if the sun stays out!!!
Today is a relaxation pool day for us! 
It's an emotional day around here for Brandon Burford 's last day. 😭 Brandon has come back to work each Summer as if no time passed, jumping right back into both the work load and team vibes!
Every once it awhile you cross paths with a young person who you know will make a positive impact in this world-that is Brandon. We have been lucky to have him around!
Brandon, we wish you luck in all of the great things we know you will accomplish this year. You are always welcome to "boomerang" back to your Encompass Family!
